RainDance Technologies has assembled a world class team of researchers, engineers, and scientific advisors, who are dedicated to the commercialization of NanoReactor™ technology.

The founders of RDT bring core competencies in the fields of microfluidics, emulsion chemistry, molecular biology, genomics, and drug discovery.

The RDT development team, comprised of chemists, physicists, biochemists, and engineers is focused on building a fluid handling platform that provides screening and synthesis capabilities that are not possible using conventional robotic systems or other microfluidic solutions.

The development team is supported by an outstanding Scientific Advisory Board including three Nobel laureates: Jean-Marie Lehn, Sir Aaron Klug, and Dr. Richard Roberts, as well as Sir Gregory Winter. These leading scientists recognize the potential of NanoReactor™ technology to make a significant contribution to broad areas of academic and industrial research.
