Service Agreements

The RDT 1000 Instrument Service Agreement provides unlimited remote and on-site response for all emergency repairs, replacement parts, automatic software revisions, and a scheduled preventative maintenance visit during the term of the agreement.

COVERAGE TERMS: A 12-month contract includes unlimited RainDance Internet support via our Customer Support Portal; unlimited telephone support through our Technical Support Hotline with 4 business-hour telephone response; unlimited remote technical service via our Internet control interface; and unlimited on-site emergency visits with 2 business day on-site emergency response. On-site service is provided Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., excluding holidays.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: Included in every service agreement is one preventative maintenance visit per year, scheduled as necessary during the term of agreement. The visit will include validation testing of merge efficiency, pump performance, and automation accuracy, plus any necessary recalibrations.
